Stephan Kronbichler was born in 1971 and graduated with a law degree from the University of Zurich in 1996. Having fully qualified as a lawyer at the Zurich Bar, he joined a business law firm in Geneva in 1999 with litigation and consulting responsibilities. Between 2001 and 2005, Stephan Kronbichler was head of the legal department at T-Systems Switzerland Ltd., one of the biggest service-providers in the IT sector in Switzerland. In parallel, he earned an Executive Masters degree in European and International Business Law (M.B.L.-HSG) from the University of St. Gallen.
Stephan Kronbichler provides legal advice in all areas of commercial law. He has particularly in-depth experience in IT, telecommunications and data protection law, and notably in drawing up and negotiating complex IT contracts. He is recognized by Who’s Who Legal as one of the leading lawyers in Switzerland for Data – Information Technology. Stephan Kronbichler’s working languages are French, German (including Swiss German) and English.
Stephan Kronbichler regularly speaks at IT law seminars, in particular about legal questions related to IT contracts and data protection.

Born in 1972, Pascal Tourette graduated from the University of Geneva in 1998 with a degree in law. He then worked as a trainee at a major law firm and at the General Prosecutor’s Office in Geneva.
In 2001, having fully qualified as a lawyer (3rd rank), he participated in the creation of the Compliance Department of the Swiss subsidiary of a large foreign bank. He worked for this establishment for several years and was notably in charge of the fight against money laundering and of criminal law issues related to the banking activity. During this period, he obtained in 2004 a professional certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Geneva in partnership with the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG-Genève). Pascal Tourette has consequently acquired in-depth knowledge and solid practical experience in the surveillance of different players in the financial market (such as banks and other financial intermediaries) as well as in the compliance sector. Pascal Tourette has completed his training with a Masters degree in international, commercial and European law at the University of Sheffield (LL.M.), focusing on bankruptcy, economic criminality and company law.
Pascal Tourette provides consulting services for various operators in the financial markets, such as banks, security traders and asset managers, with regard to banking law and compliance issues. His skills also encompass contract law, civil law, international administrative assistance as well as criminal economic law. He represents his clients before all administrative, criminal and civil courts and works in French and English.
Pascal Tourette is also teaching banking law and compliance matters, namely at the Institut supérieur de formation bancaire (ISFB) and for VisionCompliance SA, and he is frequently asked by banks and asset managers to provide trainings to their employees in regulatory matters.

Born in 1997, Clara Jacquet studied at the University of Geneva, where she obtained a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in law. She then obtained a certificate of specialisation in law at the University of Geneva, before completing her legal internship with a well-known law firm in Geneva. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in October 2023 and joined KT-Legal at the beginning of 2024.

Mathilde Reichenbach obtained a bilingual Bachelor of law (French-German) from the University of Fribourg in 2019, followed by a Master of law from the University of Zurich in 2022. She also holds the Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions from the University of Geneva.
During her studies, Mathilde worked as an academic intern at the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) in Bern. After completing her studies in 2022, she joined an international consulting firm, where she worked as a consultant for
nearly two years.
She joined KT-Legal SA in October 2024 as a trainee lawyer.
